We offer a wide range of laboratory oven, which are very important equipment for any chemistry laboratory. Its temperature is controlled by hydraulic type Bi-Metallic Capillary thermostat ranging from room temperature to 250°C ± 1 °C. Our range of laboratory oven have features like:

• It has double walled construction with inside aluminium /stainless steel chamber304 grade outer M.S. duly powder latch catch.
• It is provided with adjustable steel/ aluminium wire mesh tray for better air circulation.
• Temperature is recorded by means of L shaped Prismatic Thermometer fitted at the front of the cabinet.
• Heating elements are made from High grade (Kanthal ISI) resistance wire.
• Heaters are fitted/ wound along all sides & bottom.
• It is complete with pilot lamp cord & plug pin etc.

We have a wide range of laboratory incubator, which helps the user to perform well while working in the laboratory. Its temperature is controlled by hydraulic type bi-metallic capillary thermostate, having adjustable air ventilators on both sides. Our range of incubators have the following features:

• It has double walled construction outer body made of M.S. duly stove enamel/ powder coated.
• It has aluminium/ stainless steel chamber inside having 60-75 mm glass wool insulation.
• The door is fitted with heavy chrome plated hing & spring & roller type latch catch. Provided with adjustable steel/ aluminium wire mesh tray for better air circulation.
• Its temperature is recorded by means of shaped prismatic glass thermometer fitted at the front of the cabinet.

Our range of humidity chamber is best suited for chemistry laboratories in various ways. We have the chamber which has double walled outer M.S. sheet duly powder coated. Some of the features of humidity chamber are as such:

• It has inner alum/stainless steel with 2/3 nos.
• It has adjustable shelves duly perforated.
• It has heavy duty M.S. stand.
• Its door is having an impressive structure consisting glass window & sealed rubber gasket.
• The gap between the walls is filled with glass wool insulation.

The control panel of humidity chamber consists temp. controller i.e. thermostat for dry temp. control, wet temp. controller i.e. ER, mains, dry, wet indicator, humidity indicator, mains, illumination switch and have the following features:

• Its humidity is controlled by imported humidistat which is placed inside the chamber.
• It is supplied with hygrometer/ wet and dry thermometer to check exact humidity inside the chamber. • Its temperature is recorded on the L shaped prismatic.
• Its thermometer is fitted at the front of the cabinet.
• The water tank is provided at the bottom & the steam is circulated by water pump/ motor fitted at the top of the chamber.

• These are useful for heating inflammable liquids.
• Its electric heating net is hard knitted from glass yarn (without any joint) for durability & stand temp up to 350°C.
• The body of mantle is spun one piece from non rusting alum (duly stove/ powder coated) mantles are logged with special grade mineral wool.

Our range of hot plate are best suited for chemistry laboratories and related industries. We offer two models of hot plates to our users. Considering the features of Model 1, some of the features of hot plate (model 1) can be summarized as follows:

• It has deluxe quality with heavy cast iron base duly heat resistant painted.
• Rating 1.5 kw fitted with ER control or thermostat controller
• Its fiber blanket is insulated with kanthal ISI heater & fire proof connection to with stand temp. upto 300 C.

We offer kinematics viscometer bath, having the control panel which consists of mains & temp. indicator, stirrer regulator, mains switch, illumination switch and others. Our range of kinematics viscometer bath is available in size 12" x9"x 12" deep to accommodate 4 viscometers. Some of the features includes:

• It is used to maintain the correct constant temperature for estimating Kinematic viscosity of oil and petroleum products in this type of bath various viscometers may be fixed as an internal part of the bath.
• The bath is rectangular shape inside tank which is made of stainless steel sheet.
• Outer M.S. sheet duly powder coated.
• Its two sides toughened glass window is provided for visibility of objects inside the bath.
• Its bath is controlled by an electronic relay and contact thermometer or digital temperature controller-cum-indicator.
• Its temperature range ambient to 100°C and accuracy is up to ±0.1°C.
• The stirring is done by a FHP Electric Motor Stirrer Heating is done by means of tubular type heater fitted on the top of bath.
• It is supplied with viscometer tube holders and stainless steel/ aluminium cover.
• It is available in different size & accommodation without viscometer tube.

The temperature is controlled by contact thermometers electronic relay. It is fitted with 2 glass panels on the exterior housing (Double Glass).

Laminar Airflow

Our range of laminar airflow is best suitable for related projects. It is designed to provide a work area confirming to class 100 of revised US Federal standards 209-B.We offer two models in laminar airflow. The features of model 1 are as follows:

• The bench is made of thick ply board and reinforced with teak wood where ever necessary.
• All visible surface are laminated with white decolam lamination.
• All interior surfaces are painted with air drying epoxy paint.
• The fitter seat has rubber padding for a perfect rubber to rubber sealing.
• At the delivery end, the unit is provided with super air HEPA Filters, comprising of non-woven microfibre glass pleated media.
• The pleats are separated by corrugated aluminium foil separators.
• Initial pressure drop is less than 25 mm.
• WC. at rated flow D.O.P efficiency is better than 99.97% down to 0.3 microns particle size.
• The HEPA Filters are protected by a plastic grill.
• The unit is illuminated by fluorescent tube lights.

Our another range of laminar airflow, i.e. model II vertical type consists of following features:

• All other feature remain the same as those for the Horizontal type expect that airflows vertically from top to bottom.
• The bench is mounted on top of a tabular frame.
• This frame also acts as a work bench with acrylic side panels.
• The back of the frame is covered with either laminated board or aluminium sheet.

Muffle Furnace

Our range of muffle furnace are best suitable for the laboratories and in various experiments. Muffle furnace is light weight with ceramic fiber wool insulation (instead of brick insulation). Some of the features of muffle furnace are as follows:

• The outer casing is made of double walled thick PCRC sheet, reattached with thick perforated sheet on the bottom portion, painted with attractive stove enamel/powder coated.
• Its heating elements are made of KANTHAL "A-l" wire and backed by high temperature ceramic wool insulation, which avoid loss of energy.
• Temperature control unit consists of energy regulator, fitted in front of furnace with two pilot lamps.
• The apparatus is complete with one pyrometer, thermocouple, silver thermal fuse, main lead with power plug.
• To work on 220/ 230 volts AC, the energy regulator dial is arbitrarily marked 0-100 position. This marking does not indicate temperature. It indicates control level i.e. at position '100' maximum electricity is allowed to flow to furnace. At position 'a' minimum electricity is flow to furnace.
• The maximum temp, is 950°C and working temp. 900X.
• Rectangular shape wounded muffle baked at high temperature is fitted inside the chamber.

• It can be operates at 130/180 RPM (as desired).
• Rotates specimens in horizontal plane in 3/4" circle, 30x30 cm platform can accommodate slides, blood bottles, flasks & beakers by use of spring bottle holder.
• Constructed of all steel finished with stoved enamel paint, Turned up edges & rubber sheeting on platform to prevent slipping of specimen containers.

We are offering a wide range of gyrator sieve shaker, which is driven by a 0.25 HP motor, 220 volts AC through a reduction gear and is suitable to carry up to 7 sieves of 6 or 8” diameter. These sieve shakers when clamped, the sieves table does not rotate but is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction of inclination changes progressively in the clock wise direction.
These sieve shakers also perform an upward and downward movement at a frequency of 270 RPM.
